this hotel's proximity to terminal 5 is a real game-changer , allowing me to walk there in mere minutes and bypass any shuttle hassles. the staff members were very attentive and efficient , ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. the dining options were abundant and varied , catering to many palates and schedules.
i found it inconvenient that i could not locate readily available usb ports near the bed for charging my devices overnight , restricting me to using the desk area for this purpose.

The location connects directly to terminal 5. It made catching my early flight easy. i found the staff very helpful. my room was quiet and clean, just what i needed before a long journey. the proximity to the terminal saved me time and stress.
the in-room dining menu seemed somewhat limited for a late-night snack, so i wish there were more options.

the covered walkway provided easy access to terminal 5. i got upgraded to a bigger room with a free minibar (it was a nice surprise). the bed was really comfy for a good night's sleep. the staff was helpful in pointing out the quick route to the terminal.
i did notice the tv had a limited selection of channels.

it didn't seem any different from a standard hotel room, and the extra charge for it felt unjustified. also, at checkout, there was only one staff member at reception, and after waiting in a queue for 15 minutes, i had to leave to catch my flight.
