I've had several wonderful stays at this hotel. The access to Terminal 5 is effortless, just a short walk away, which is fantastic for early morning flights. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, and I absolutely loved the breakfast selection. However, the dining options can feel a bit limited at times, and I'd really appreciate having more power outlets near the bed for charging devices. Overall, this hotel feels like a real gem at LHR.
